Couchbase
Run N1QL queries and upsert documents in Couchbase. In Appbricx, your workflows and server functions call it by name once it is connected.
What you can do
5 actions, each one call from a workflow or a server function. Triggers come from your app: a row changing, a schedule or a webhook.
- Upsert DocumentCreate or update a document. Creates if it doesn't exist, updates if it does.
upsert_document - Delete DocumentRemove a document by its ID
delete_document - Get DocumentRetrieve a document by its ID
get_document - Insert DocumentCreate a new document. Fails if document already exists.
insert_document - Execute SQL++ QueryRun a SQL++ (N1QL) query with optional vector search filters
query
Set it up
About two minutes, once per project or once for the whole workspace.
- Open Integrations in the builder
Backend panel, Integrations tab, then Couchbase. To connect it for every project, use Workspace settings, Integrations.
- Add your credentials
Fill in the fields the provider needs (listed below). They are stored encrypted in the vault.
- Connection String Couchbase connection string (e.g. couchbase://localhost)
- Username Cluster username
- Password Cluster password
- Bucket Name Default bucket to operate on
- Call an action
From a workflow, by integration id and action name. The call answers with success, output and, when it fails, the reason.
Workflow // .workflow.js (native ctx) export async function run(ctx) { const res = await ctx.integrations.invoke("couchbase", "upsert_document", { "bucket": "<bucket>", "document": {} }); if (!res.success) throw new Error(res.error); ctx.log.info("Couchbase answered", { output: res.output }); }
