Qdrant

Upsert points and run similarity searches in Qdrant collections. In Appbricx, your workflows and server functions call it by name once it is connected.

What you can do

7 actions, each one call from a workflow or a server function. Triggers come from your app: a row changing, a schedule or a webhook.

  • Get Pointsget_points
    Get the points of a specific collection
  • Search Pointssearch_points
    Search for points closest to your given vector (= embedding)
  • Add points to collectionadd_points_to_collection
    Insert a point (= embedding or vector + other infos) to a specific collection, if the collection does not exist it will be created
  • Get Collection Infoscollection_infos
    Get the all the infos of a specific collection
  • Get Collection Listcollection_list
    Get the list of all the collections of your database
  • Delete Collectiondelete_collection
    Delete a collection of your database
  • Delete Pointsdelete_points
    Delete points of a specific collection

Set it up

About two minutes, once per project or once for the whole workspace.

  1. Open Integrations in the builder

    Backend panel, Integrations tab, then Qdrant. To connect it for every project, use Workspace settings, Integrations.

  2. Add your credentials

    An API key (or token) from your Qdrant account, pasted once. It is stored encrypted and only read on the server when an action runs.

    • API key From Qdrant's settings
  3. Call an action

    From a workflow, by integration id and action name. The call answers with success, output and, when it fails, the reason.

    Workflow
    // .workflow.js (native ctx)
    export async function run(ctx) {
      const res = await ctx.integrations.invoke("qdrant", "get_points", {
        "collectionName": "<collection name>",
        "getPointsBy": "Ids",
        "infosToGetPoint": {}
      });
      if (!res.success) throw new Error(res.error);
      ctx.log.info("Qdrant answered", { output: res.output });
    }
